slow release, no sense of the plays, locks onto receivers, ball looks wobbly - rarely a tight spiral. He lacks confidence, more of a mental issue than physical and I dont' know if that will be defeated.

I have to actually agree with you here because there's actually not one bit of tangible evidence that's yet to show up that we, as outsiders, have been informed of. That isn't to say there isn't any. We don't see any though so that pretty much means we're still innocent and the allegations are false and are intended to simply give the U a hard row to hoe for a while by a "woman scorned" ... until/unless something is proven otherwise. He also has bucks to be made out of all this too and he positively needs bucks. 

There is blood in the water and the sharks like nothing more than taking a bite out of the U. The NCAA will act because of all the media attention that will be generated. If this stuff happened at say Georgia it wouldn't be all over the media. 

The NCAA is mostly reactive, even if they find no actual evidence of wrongdoing (although Tyrone Moss and 7 other punk ass snitches pretty much ruined that) they will still penalize us for something. ESPN is going to be buzzing all year about this, and with the NCAA apparently letting go of all the crap that happened in the SEC last year, we will serve as the great distraction and the easiest team to heavily sanction.

dude even says in the article/interview that 'everything was paid in cash to avoid NCAA involvement or sanctions so it could not be traced'. With the exception of a few CC payments, sounds like 99% of this stuff is either cash in hand or hanging out at some club or yaht or hotel or whores. He again said in the article that hotels were put into fictitous names.

Nevin says that they all went to play pool for money and party at his house, is there any proof of this? Or is it just a con man stating something false. Until I see proof regarding the current players on the roster, I don't believe a word he's saying about them. This ***hole wants the U to go down the drain right? I just finished going through all the yahoo investigation links and it seems to me that everything this d***head says is circumstantial at best. He has pictures with players. Ok. How many people have pictures with athletes while they were jamming in a night club. We live in one of the best nightclub towns in the world. Anybody seen the pictures that showed up of the Mavericks jamming at liv after the finals? You think they knew everyone that was taking pictures of them? I am sure he is not the only one that has pictures with Hurricane players. He shows a ton of credit card statments that show charges to Strip clubs, restaurants and bowling lanes. I have plenty of those credit card reciepts as well and last I check it doesnt say who I was with only that i was there. He claims that they went to his house to play pool and he gave them cash? Again how can someone prove that? 

I demand the Resignation of Donna Shalala President of the University of Miami immediately. The firing of any coaches involved in this and the suspension of any current players involved in this fiasco. A public appology to the Hurricane Nation and the NCAA. An apology to Al Golden and a raise in the wake of these allegations. 

I think in the end, if anything sticks, we are no worse off than USC or *... maybe lose a few ships and two years of bowling. No where in this story does anything look worse than Reggie Bush and USC or all the Clarrett BS and *. 

we need our current players to deny the allegations and take it to the grave. thats the only way to save us imo.

Unless the NCAA, which is not the FBI by the way, comes up with some 'concrete' evidence of player A was here this night and I have video showing were scum bag paid for his whore... then get out of here with that mess.

Like someone else was saying... he can claim whatever the hell he wants, considering who he is and his BS reputation and 20 yr jail sentence, his word should not carry any weight. They need a hell of a lot more than his word... they need some paper trails, some video or 100 witnesses who have a hell of a memory to remember all this shyt.
